carpet mill wool::I called 2 days later to complain that the carpet was producing fluff even in areas that had no traffic.
They told me this was normal and wait and see.
After a few weeks i called back and they said wait and see.
They eventually sent a rep and said yes there was a problem with the carpet.
Then the manufacturer of the carpet sent a rep and said it was the vacumm.
They now will replace the carpet but not pay for the installation.
So they want me to pay them money to put in the same lousy carpet.
This carpet looks terrible now and i am stuck.
